  • Local Day Ticket Request Form

    For the first time, in response to your feedback, we're providing the opportunity for you to request, register and purchase your Local Day Tickets before the festival. Please note submitting this form does not guarantee tickets to Wilderness 2025 - requests for advance bookings are only confirmed upon registration, in person, at Charlbury Community Centre. You will also still be able to purchase local day tickets, on the day, at the festival, as per previous years.

    • Available to residents within the postcode OX7 3** and OX29 9** on a first come, first served basis
    • Max 4 adult tickets per household, max 4 under 18s per adult ticket and max 10 tickets per order
    • All under 18s must be accompanied by an adult 18+ at all times

     

    Registration at Charlbury Community Centre

    Saturday 19th July 2-4pm

    Sunday 20th July 2-4pm

    Please ensure you visit the Charlbury Community Centre on one of these dates between the hours indicated above to register your ticket request, otherwise, you'll be unable to redeem your local ticket request in advance of the festival. If you aren't able to make one of these dates, you can still purchase a local day ticket, on the day, at the festival.

     

    To Register Your Request, You Will Need

    1. Proof of address: Utility bill or bank statement (within the last 3 months) including full name and address containing the postcode OX7 3** or OX29 9**
    2. Proof of identity: With full name matching that on the proof of address
    3. Request form: complete with all details and ticket request. Fill this in, in advance, or on the day at the Community Centre. Once submitted, you will receive an email confirming the completion of your registration form - if any details are wrong they can amend this for you at the Community Centre

     

    The Registration Process

    1. Head to the Charlbury Community Centre, on the relevant date, with all necessary documents (they will be able to access your registration form online)
    2. They will process your request, ensuring you're eligible and that all required details are complete and confirm whether your request has been successful
      Please note - Payment for tickets will NOT be taken at this stage, so please do not bring cash with you
    3. Within the next 7 days Wilderness will email you a link and passcode to book your confirmed tickets
    4. When you receive this email, follow the link to book and pay for your tickets via Ticketmaster. Please do so as quickly as possible, or your passcode could expire
    5. You will receive a confirmation email upon booking (check your junk folder if you cannot find this), pre-festival this will become a mobile ticket
    6. On arrival at the festival, exchange this for a festival wristband at your relevant arrival gate

     

    Ticket Prices

    • Adult (18+): £95
    • Teen (13-17): £95
    • Junior (6-12): £45
    • Child (0-5): £12

     

    Ticket Types

    All day tickets are non-camping, day access to the festival only for the day as picked. You will be able to choose from Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

    Car Parking - passes can be booked via the Wilderness website or at the festival.

    Arrival Info - including your relevant campsite gates for wristband collection are available via the Your Arrival section of the Wilderness website.

    Ticket Transfer - If, for any reason, you are no longer able to attend the festival, you will be able to transfer your tickets to others within the community, via Ticketmaster, closer to the festival. See here for information on how to do this.

  • Wilderness 2025 Local Ticket Request Form

    Please note: completing this form does not guarantee you tickets. To book your day tickets in advance, you must visit the Charlbury Community Centre on the dates outlined to have your request processed and, if applicable, confirmed. Wilderness will then email you details on how to pay for and secure your approved request via Ticketmaster. By completing and submitting this form you agree to Wilderness being provided with your information, so they may contact you for the purpose of event organisation and ticket booking.

    Anyone aged 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult 18+ at all times.

    You must select your preferred ticket day(s) and quantities of tickets per age category to complete your request.
