Marlay Park Concerts and Longitude Festival 2025 Access Customers Form-AAR Logo
  • Marlay Park Concerts and Longitude Festival 2025 Access Customers Form

  • This form is for customers who have not purchased accessible tickets, but who may benefit from accessible accommodations. Please note, a request does not guarantee any individual accommodation. We will do our best to accommodate where possible, but as resources are finite, unfortunately it may not be possible to facilitate all requests.

If you have purchased accessible tickets, you do not need to complete this form. You will be contacted in due course via the email address you used to book your tickets.

This form should take less than 10 minutes. Please read it carefully and fill it in accurately.

This gives the team time to process your application and deal with any queries. Applications received outside of this cut-off date may not be able to be processed.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Applications close 5 days before each event to ensure we can process all recieved requests.

Applications for Olivia Rodrigo, Chris Brown and Noah Kahan are now closed.

  • *If you are filling this form out on your own behalf, please ensure that this email matches the Ticketmaster account through which the tickets were purchased.

  • *A Ticketmaster AAR number is a unique identifier issued to anyone with a permanent accessible requirement who has registered with Ticketmaster's accessible database.

  • *Please ensure that this email matches the Ticketmaster account through which the tickets were purchased. If the accessible member of your party has an AAR number, the information supplied must match their registration details. Forms with incomplete / incorrect details will not be processed.

  • AAR Registration

If you or a member of your party has a permanent accessible requirement but has not registered for an AAR number yet, please register with Ticketmaster here and wait to receive an AAR number, before continuing with this form: Ticketmaster Accessible Database Registration.

    Temporary Impairments & Respite Seating

We are unable to accommodate those with temporary impairments, pregnant persons or unregistered access customers.

All tickets for greenfield sites are standing only. Camping / collapsible chairs of any kind cannot be permitted on site (this does not apply to wheelchairs or rollators).

Where possible, we will try to have a respite seating area for people who may benefit from temporary rest breaks. This area is not intended for use throughout the event and will not have a view of the stage. Space will be limited and during busy periods, staff will manage access.

  • Please note that if a dedicated seat throughout would be required for you to attend, unfortunately respite seating cannot provide this. Should that be the case, the general admission tickets you have bought will unfortunately not be suitable for your use.

If there are still accessible tickets available (check the Accessible Tickets button on the relevant Ticketmaster event page), you may be able to request an exchange on your tickets via your MyAccount. All exchanges are subject to availability. If suitable tickets are sold out and no exchange is possible, your MyAccount will usually have a ticket resale option available. This function may only be activated a few weeks out from the event.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Applications close 5 days before each event to ensure we can process all recieved requests.

  • Accessible Facilites

Please note, a request does not guarantee access to facilities. We will do our best to accommodate where possible, but as resources are finite, unfortunately we can not guarantee requests.

All questions in this section should be answered from the perspective of the accessible attendee.

  • Accessible Viewing Platform

There will be a purpose-built raised viewing platform in the arena at all our events, with an accessible ramp. Please note that space in this area is limited and we operate a strict 1+1 policy to access this area. However, please bear in mind that priority in this area is given to customers who have purchased an Accessible ticket through Ticketmaster. The platfrom will operate on a first come first served basis.

Please note outdoor platforms are not covered, so please plan for all types of weather.

  • Toilets

We recognise that not all disabilities are visible, and that some non-accessible ticketholders may also have a medical requirement for quick toilet access. For this reason, we will have both wheelchair accessible and priority access standard portaloos at the accessible area. Access to these facilities will be managed to ensure they are available to those who need them.

  • Medical Items

The prohibited items list you will find on our website is general advice designed to ensure the safety of all attendees. However, we do understand that some attendees may have a medical requirement that requires them to carry items found on this list (e.g. a slightly larger bag, their own food / drink, medication etc.).

Please note that all medication should ideally be carried in original containers. However, the no glass on site rule is very strict. If you need to carry medication in a temporary box / container, please accompany this with a photo of the original glass bottle.

  • Next Steps

Once you have submitted this form your accessible requirements will be added to our Accessible list for the selected event.

It is crucial to note, that this is a request form and not all facilities may be available due to Accessible Tickets selling out.

If you have selected that you need a car pass and they are available for your event, this will be sent to you 2-3 days before the event you are attending.
