Malahide Castle Concerts 2025 Access Customers Form - AAR Logo
  • Malahide Castle Concerts 2025 Access Form

  • This form is for customers who have not purchased accessible tickets, but who may benefit from accessible facilities. Please note, a request does not guarantee access to facilities. We will do our best to accommodate wherever possible, but as resources are finite, unfortunately we cannot guarantee all requests.

If you have purchased accessible tickets, you do not need to complete this form. You will be contacted in due course via the email address you used to book your tickets.

This form should take less than 10 minutes. Please read it carefully and fill it in accurately.

To allow us to plan for site services, facilities, and infrastructure we would ask you to submit your application for any access requirements no later than 7 days prior to the show you are attending. This gives the team time to process your application and deal with any queries. Applications received outside of this cut-off date may not be processed. If the show you are attending is no longer listed, please contact accessireland@festivalrepublic.com.

  •  -
  • *A Ticketmaster AAR number is a unique identifier issued to anyone with a permanent accessible requirement who has registered with Ticketmaster's accessible database. All accessible queries for the Malahide Castle Concerts must be accompanied by a verified AAR number. If you or a member of your party has a permanent accessible requirement but has not registered for an AAR number yet, please do so here before continuing with this form.

  • *Please ensure that this email matches the Ticketmaster account through which the tickets were purchased. The AAR number and information supplied must match registration details. Forms with incomplete / incorrect details will not be processed.

  • Temporary Impairments & Respite Seating

  • We are unable to accommodate those with temporary impairments, pregnant persons or unregistered access customers.

All tickets for greenfield sites are standing only. Camping / collapsible chairs of any kind are not permitted on site (this does not apply to wheelchairs or rollators).

Where possible, we will try to have a respite seating area for people who may benefit from temporary rest breaks. This area is not intended for use throughout the event and will not have a view of the stage. Space will be limited and during busy periods, staff will manage access.

  • Please note that if a dedicated seat throughout would be required for you to attend, unfortunately respite seating cannot provide this. Should that be the case, the general admission tickets you have bought will unfortunately not be suitable for your use.

If there are still accessible tickets available (check the Accessible Tickets button on the relevant Ticketmaster event page), you may be able to request an exchange on your tickets via your MyAccount. All exchanges are subject to availability. If suitable tickets are sold out and no exchange is possible, your MyAccount will usually have a ticket resale option available. This function may only be activated a few weeks out from the event.

  • Accessible Facilities

All questions in this section should be answered from the perspective of the accessible attendee. Please note, a request does not guarantee access to facilities. We will do our best to accommodate wherever possible, but as resources are finite, unfortunately we cannot guarantee all requests.
  • *A Ticketmaster AAR number is a unique identifier issued to anyone with a permanent accessible requirement who has registered with Ticketmaster's accessible database. All accessible queries for the Malahide Castle Concerts must be accompanied by a verified AAR number. Numbers will be verified with Ticketmaster.

  • Accessible Viewing Platform

There will be a purpose-built raised viewing platform in the arena at all our events, with an accessible ramp. Please note that space in this area is limited and we operate a strict 1+1 policy to access this area. However, please bear in mind that priority in this area is given to customers who have purchased an Accessible ticket through Ticketmaster. The platform will operate on a first come first served basis.

Please note outdoor platforms are not covered, so please plan for all types of weather.

  • Temporary Respite Seating

There will be a respite seating area beside the Accessible Viewing Platform for people who may benefit from temporary rest breaks but do not wish to register for the platform. This area is not intended for use throughout the event and will not have a view of the stage. Space will be limited and during busy periods, staff will manage access.

  • Toilets

We recognise that not all disabilities are visible, and that some non-accessible ticketholders may also have a medical requirement for quick toilet access. For this reason, we will have both wheelchair accessible and standard portaloos dedicated for access customers behind the Accessible Viewing Platform. Access to these facilities will be managed to ensure they are available to those who need them.

  • Medical Items

The prohibited items list you will find on the MCD website is general advice designed to ensure the safety of all attendees. However, we do understand that some attendees may have a medical requirement that requires them to carry items found on this list (e.g. a slightly larger bag, their own food / drink, medication etc).

Please note that all medication should ideally be carried in original containers. However, the no glass on site rule is very strict. If you need to carry medication in a temporary box / container, please accompany this with a photo of the original glass bottle.

  • Assistance / Guide Dogs
Please note that animals other than registered assistance / guide dogs are not permitted on site.

  • Next Steps
