    Calling all artists, makers and creators. As Ireland's most eclectic music & arts festival, Electric Picnic wouldn't be complete without it's Art Trail - a visually stimulating smorgasbord of innovative, intricate and immersive art - and we want you to be involved!
    • For your chance to have your instalation or creation showcased at this year's Picnic, please complete and submit this application form, before the deadline of 11.59pm on July 2nd
    • Be prepared. This form will require you to provide a name and description for your art idea, along with supporting assets (photos/pictures).

  • Artwork Proposal

    Please provide details about the proposed work that you wish to exhibit at Electric Picnic 2025. You will be asked to provide assets to support this, plus any previous work, during the next section of this form.

  • Key things to think about in your application:

    Display – how will your artwork be best displayed on the site? Hanging from a tree, freestanding or mounted on a board perhaps?

    Practicality – think about materials / size and durability – the piece needs to survive a weekend long outdoor festival with varying weather.

    Installation – if successful, you will be allocated a date prior to the festival to attend site and install your artwork. Think about how and what will be needed to safely install your artwork.

    All applications submitted by the deadline of 11.59pm on July 2nd, 2025 will receive a confirmation email that their application has been received upon submission. All applications received prior to this deadline will be reviewed and notified by 19th July 2025 if their application will be proceeding to the next stage via a phone call with the Creative Team, or if their application has been unsuccessful this year. Those selected applicants will be notified and invited for a follow-up call from the Electric Picnic Creative team to talk through their proposal in more detail, with final results of both successful and unsuccessful applications being sent by no later than one week following their phone call.
