DBT Speed Meetings at The Great Escape 2025
Sign-up is now open for our speed meeting sessions with key international guests.

Presented by the Department for Business and Trade, these sessions offer UK delegates and businesses the opportunity to schedule meetings with influential international festival bookers, live agents, music supervisors, promoters and more - many of whom have travelled from around the world specifically to speak to UK artists and businesses at The Great Escape.

There are two sessions taking place on the mezzanine at our conference home, the Leonardo Royal Hotel. Sign-up is essential, and each session will be split into smaller 10-minute slots during the following times:

Thursday 15th May: 11am - 1pm
Friday 16th May: 11am - 1pm

This is a unique opportunity to present your business or your music to a range of key decision makers from across the globe.

Delegates will be allocated up to two 10-minute meetings (subject to availability), but please feel welcome to highlight all guests you'd be interested in speaking with, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Sign-up will close at 5pm Friday 25th April 2025. Delegates will be notified of any meetings they have been allocated within the following week.

Please be aware that this opportunity is open to UK based delegates and businesses only and that demand for these meetings is high and meeting slots will fill up very quickly, so make sure to sign up soon.
