    Submitting this form does not guarantee tickets to Wilderness - requests are only confirmed upon registration, in person, at Charlbury Community Centre
  • Key Info

    • Available to residents within the postcode OX7 3** and OX29 9** on a first come, first served basis
    • Max 4 adult tickets per household, max 4 under 18s per adult ticket and max 10 tickets per order - across all ticket types and tiers.
    • An adult 18+ must accompany under-18s at all times and, if staying for the weekend, cannot camp separately
    • To secure your local ticket, you must:
      1. Complete this request form
      2. Register at Charlbury Community Centre
      3. Book

    Due to demand, we are adding a 2nd tier of local weekend tickets. 

    • If you requested previously but were unable to register, the tier 1 price will still apply when you register. 
    • New requests will be at the tier 2 price.

  • Weekend Tickets

    • Tier 1 Adult (18+): £160 - NOW CLOSED*
    • Tier 2 Adult (18+): £200 - now open for new requests
    • Teen (13-17): £145
    • Junior (6-12): £48
    • Child (0-5): can now come free, but add a complimentary ticket at checkout

      *If you previously requested but were unable to register for weekend tickets, the tier 1 weekend ticket price will still apply when you register.
       

    Day Tickets

    • Adult & Teen: 
      • Friday: £85*
      • Saturday: £85*
      • Sunday: £75*
        *Please note these prices have been updated.
        If you requested/registered previously, the new price will apply.
        If you already purchased, you'll be contacted by Ticketmaster to refund the difference.
    • Junior & Child: as per weekend pricing.
  • Ticket Types & Campsite Options

  • There are 3 weekend ticket types to choose from and day tickets for Friday-Sunday. When completing your request, you MUST choose your preferred ticket type.

    1. Weekend General: Book this if you want to come and go or stay in General, Quiet, Boutique, Park & Pitch or Accessibility Camping. Additional requirements:

    • Quiet - no extras required, but access is first-come, first-served 
    • Boutique - ticket PLUS Boutique accommodation
    • Park & Pitch - ticket PLUS Park & Pitch upgrade pass
    • Accessibility - ticket and register via our Accessibility Requirements Form

    2. Weekend Family: Exclusively for those with under-18s, you must camp and arrive together.

    3. Weekend Live-In Vehicle: For those bringing a live-in vehicle. A Live-In Vehicle Pass (1 per 6x7m pitch) is required in addition to your tickets and will be added to your order at checkout for an additional cost.

    4. Day Tickets (Friday-Sunday): Non-camping access for the selected day only. Residents can also purchase on the day at Yellow Gate (North Lodge) with a valid ID and proof of address showing postcode OX7 3** or OX29 9**.

  • Registration at Charlbury Community Centre

  • Registration Dates are:  

    • Saturday 9th May 2-4pm 
    • Saturday 20th June 2-4pm 
    • Sunday 21st June 2-4pm

    Please ensure you visit the Charlbury Community Centre on one of these dates during the hours indicated above to register your ticket request; otherwise, you'll be unable to redeem your local ticket request.

  • To Register Your Request, You Will Need

    1. Proof of address: Utility bill or bank statement (within the last 3 months) including full name and address containing the postcode OX7 3** or OX29 9**

    2. Proof of identity: With full name matching that on the proof of address

    3. Request form: complete with all details and ticket request.

      Fill this in, in advance, or on the day at the Community Centre.

      Once submitted, you will receive an email confirming completion. If any details are incorrect, they can amend them for you at the Community Centre.

  • The Registration Process

    1. Head to Charlbury Community Centre, on a registration date, with all required documents (your form will be available online).
    2. Your request will be checked for eligibility and completeness, and you’ll be told if it’s successful. Please note: no payment is taken at this stage.
    3. Within 2 weeks, Wilderness will email you a booking link and passcode. Use these to book and pay for your tickets via Ticketmaster as soon as possible, as passcodes may expire.
    4. You'll receive a confirmation email upon booking (check your junk folder). This will convert to a mobile ticket before the festival.
    5. On arrival, exchange this for a wristband at your relevant campsite gate.

     

  • Wilderness Local Ticket Request Form

    Please note: completing this form does not guarantee you tickets. Requests are only confirmed upon registration at Charlbury Community Centre. Wilderness will then email you a link to book and pay for your approved request via Ticketmaster. By completing this form you agree to Wilderness being provided with your information, so they may contact you for the purpose of event organisation and ticket booking.

  • Ticket Request

  • Max 4 adults per household, 4 under 18s per adult and 10 tickets per order. 

    To complete your request: 

    • Select your preferred ticket type
    • Add quantities of tickets per age category

    Please remember:

    If you're coming for the weekend and want to come and go or stay in General, Quiet, Boutique, Park & Pitch or our dedicated Accessibility campsite, select  Weekend General.

    Otherwise, select Weekend Family or Live-In as applicable.

    If you're coming for the day, select Day Ticket, and you can choose the specific day (Friday-Sunday) at the point of booking.

    If you are requesting a mix of ticket types, split these, using the Request 2 line.

  • Car Parking - passes can be booked via the Wilderness website or at the festival.

    Arrival Info - including your relevant campsite gates for wristband collection are available via the Your Arrival section of the Wilderness website.

    Ticket Transfer - If for any reason you are no longer able to attend the festival, you will be able to transfer your tickets to others within the community, via Ticketmaster, closer to the festival. See here for information on how to do this.
