Electric Picnic Child Registration Form

To provide and ensure a safe festival for you and your children, children aged 12 or under attending the festival may be registered before coming to the festival. The information provided will enable the event organisers to contact Parents / Guardians. Parents/Guardians are permitted to bring up to two children on each festival ticket
